Are shipping costs within Germany and the EU free of charge at Hejschmuck?

At Hejschmuck, it's important to us that you enjoy a convenient shopping experience. Therefore, we offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €30 and within the EU for orders over €80. Here is an overview table of shipping methods, delivery times and costs:

Does Hejschmuck also offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping within Germany and throughout the EU.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We place great importance on ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. The average delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 business days plus processing time. For shipments within the EU, the delivery time is usually between 5 and 10 business days.

Which shipping providers does Hejschmuck use to ship the jewelry?

We usually ship our jewelry with DHL or Deutsche Post, including tracking.

 How can I track the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, please use the link in the order confirmation email.

 I entered an incorrect address – what can I do?

A correction of the delivery address is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible in this case at info@hejschmuck.de .

If your order has already been shipped and cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. In this case, shipping costs will be incurred again to send the order to the correct address.

Can items be returned?

We want to ensure that your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can gladly return them to us.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods (subject to availability) and provided they are in unused and original packaging.

Are there any special conditions to consider if I want to return something?

Please note that earrings, ear cuffs or piercings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This also applies to all other jewelry that has already been worn. If they show signs of wear, we unfortunately cannot take them back.

How does the return process work?

First, click here to be able to follow the steps below.

1. Enter your email address in the *Email* field and then click *Next*.

2. Open the email sent by our shop in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code from the email.

3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to send the return. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.

3. Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the shop.

5. Click on *Request Return*. Once your return request has been approved, you can prepare the goods for shipping. Since we cannot yet cover the return shipping costs, we ask you to drop off the package at a parcel shop of your choice. Please use the following address as the recipient:

You must cover the costs of returning the item yourself .

I received a wrong or defective item. What should I do now?

We stand for the highest quality and carefully check each piece of jewelry before shipping. Should your order nevertheless not meet your expectations or show defects, please contact us immediately at info@hejschmuck.de . We will take care of your request quickly and easily – depending on your wishes, you will receive either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

Is Hejschmuck a company from Germany?

Yes, Hejschmuck is a German company based in Bavaria. We are a small, dedicated team and ship all our products directly from Germany.

We stand for quality instead of mass-produced goods and expressly distance ourselves from shops that ship inexpensive products from the Far East. With us, you get real jewelry, carefully selected and lovingly packaged.
