General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contract partners, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase agreement is concluded with Hejschmuck.
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 30 EUR. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 2.95 EUR will be charged. We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, in-person pickup is not possible.
We also deliver to parcel stations.
5. Payment
The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.
If a payment method offered via the "Shopify Payments" payment service is selected, the payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify Payments are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. To process payments, Stripe may use other payment services, for which special payment terms may apply, which the customer will be informed of separately if necessary. 6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

7. Dispute Resolution
The seller is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
